CampusBee is committed to protecting student data. This page summarises how we store, secure, and process information used across colleges, roadmaps, counselling, and payments.

Data we process

• Identity and account data
• Academic and career preference data you submit
• Application and shortlist activity
• Billing and transaction metadata for paid features

Security measures

• Passwords are hashed; we never store plain-text passwords
• Access to admin tools is restricted to authorised staff
• API access uses authenticated tokens for protected actions
• Production deployments should use HTTPS and strong secrets

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal or billing retention requirements.
